• Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays
• During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates:

• Flat Rate Shipping: £4.99 on all orders under £30
• Free UK Shipping: On all orders over £30

Shipping costs will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Address

• Provide photos where possible

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
