Returns and refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
Custom or personalised items (including 3D-printed models) are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty, or
  • We sent the incorrect item

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We may issue partial refunds if items are returned in a condition that is not fully resaleable.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including 3D-printed models)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

8. Your Consumer Rights (UK)

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
